Marketing manager
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Marketing & Growth Director and the wider Astraia team across a wide range of marketing, brand and business development activities.
This is a hands-on, generalist role suited to someone who enjoys variety, working directly with people, and being involved in everything from campaign planning to events and client engagement.
You will help support marketing projects for both Astraia Collective and our clients, assist with events and marketing initiatives, and contribute to the day-to-day running of marketing activities across the business.
As a small and growing company, the role will evolve over time and offers significant opportunity for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns for Astraia Collective and its clients
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations and content
- Help coordinate marketing activities across digital, social and events
- Assist with research and preparation for marketing projects
Client & Business Development Support
- Support client marketing work and projects under the direction of the Marketing & Growth Director
- Attend client meetings and help prepare materials where appropriate
- Assist with relationship building and follow-up activities
Events & Brand Activity
- Help organise and support events, launches and networking activities
- Represent Astraia Collective at industry events where appropriate
- Assist with logistics, communications and on-the-day event support
Marketing Operations
- Maintain marketing documentation, contact lists and project materials
- Support content creation and updates for websites, newsletters or social media
- Assist with coordination of external suppliers, freelancers or partners
Working Style
Because Astraia is a growing business working closely with clients, the role requires flexibility and a willingness to be involved where needed.
At times this may include:
- attending events
- meeting clients
- supporting launches or industry gatherings
- occasional evening or weekend activity where appropriate
These moments are an important part of building relationships and growing the business.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, reliable, proactive and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in marketing, brand and communications.
You might be early in your career or have a few years of experience in marketing or communications.
Ideally you will have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, communications or events
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working with clients and partners
- A proactive and adaptable mindset
- Interest in brand, marketing strategy and business growth
Most importantly, you should enjoy working in a collaborative, creative environment and be excited about helping a young company grow.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum depending on experience

Location
The role is primarily remote / hybrid, with time spent:
- working from home
- meeting clients
- attending events
- occasional use of shared workspace
Travel within the UK and Europe may be required from time to time.
