Commercial Director

Laura is the voice behind Astraia Collective — and behind many of the brands we work with. She brings the same craft and precision to everything from brand identity and tone of voice to copywriting, CRM, and day-to-day comms. Whether she’s shaping a brand’s story from scratch or fine-tuning the smallest turn of phrase, Laura handles it all with genuine flair — making sure every word, on every channel, lands exactly as it should.
Dennis Nielsen
Operations Manager
Dennis brings a global perspective to operations, having worked hands-on in logistics across Denmark, Germany, Norway, Iceland, Australia, and England. That breadth of experience gives him a sharp, practical understanding of how to keep complex operations — from 4PL logistics to new project rollouts — running smoothly, wherever they’re based. Dennis is the steady, experienced presence ensuring things get done properly, on time, and without drama.

Head of Design
Tash brings a calm energy to the team — a sportsperson at heart, with a background spanning design, sport, and fitness, and a work ethic to match. Based in Australia, she keeps creative work moving around the clock, meaning ideas are often already taking shape while the rest of the team sleeps. In a world increasingly reliant on AI-generated visuals, Tash’s real skill is creating from scratch — original, considered, human-made work that actually stands out and has a soul.
